Not sure of your bra size? Measure.
Two measurements give you a band and a cup. Take them over bare skin or a thin unpadded bra, with the tape snug and level.
1. Band. Measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust. Find that number below.
| Under-bust measurement | Your band |
|---|---|
| 63–67 cm24.8–26.4 in | 30AU 8 |
| 68–72 cm26.8–28.3 in | 32AU 10 |
| 73–77 cm28.7–30.3 in | 34AU 12 |
| 78–82 cm30.7–32.3 in | 36AU 14 |
| 83–87 cm32.7–34.3 in | 38AU 16 |
| 88–92 cm34.6–36.2 in | 40AU 18 |
| 93–97 cm36.6–38.2 in | 42AU 20 |
| 98–102 cm38.6–40.2 in | 44AU 22 |
| 103–107 cm40.6–42.1 in | 46AU 24 |
| 108–112 cm42.5–44.1 in | 48AU 26 |
2. Cup. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, then subtract the first measurement. The difference gives your cup.
| Difference | Your cup |
|---|---|
| under 10 cmunder 3.9 in | AAU A |
| 10–12 cm3.9–4.7 in | BAU B |
| 12–15 cm4.7–5.9 in | CAU C |
| 15–17 cm5.9–6.7 in | DAU D |
| 17–20 cm6.7–7.9 in | DD/EAU DD |
| 20–22 cm7.9–8.7 in | DDD/FAU E |
More than 22 cm of difference puts you in cup G or above. Those rows are in the chart at the top.
Two things worth knowing
- Between two sizes? The band is wide and the fabric stretches, so take the larger size for more room through the bust.
- Reading the letters. Band numbers are US, UK and Canada sizing, with the Australian equivalent underneath. Cup letters carry the Australian name the same way, because a cup called DD in the US is also DD in Australia, while a US DDD is called E there.
Say Goodbye to Sagging and Discomfort
Let’s face it. Finding the right bra gets harder as we age. Poorly designed bras can cause sagging, discomfort, and even back or shoulder pain. Most bras fail to support changing breast shapes, leaving women frustrated with straps that dig, cups that don’t fit, and a silhouette that doesn’t flatter.
Our bra is designed specifically to address these issues. It’s the ultimate solution for sagging, lack of support, and everyday discomfort. Say goodbye to underwires, tight straps, and bands that ride up. And hello to a bra that truly fits.
